The Chief Creative Officer approached me with a special request: to design a book filled with memorable quotes from a beloved colleague who was about to retire. This book wasn’t just a collection of words—it was a thoughtful farewell gift, celebrating his wisdom, humor, and the impact he had on the team over the years. The challenge was to create something meaningful and visually engaging, turning his words into a keepsake that would be cherished long after his departure.

VISUAL CONCEPT
The visual concept revolves around grandeur, inspired by the Roman Empire and classical aesthetics. Centered text layouts and generous white space allow both the AI-made illustrations and quotes to breathe, enhancing their impact. The marble-textured illustrations reinforce the sense of majesty and timelessness, perfectly aligning with the grandiose theme. Meanwhile, the stamp-finish adds a formal, authoritative touch—an intentional nod to the fact that these quotes come from the Chief Finance Officer.
